
Created by Baron Baptiste, founder of Baptiste Power Yoga, the 40 Days to a Personal Revolution programme is just that, a revolution of your body and mind. During the programme you will build physical and mental strength, undo habits that are not working for you and put in place ones that will lead you to a life of health, purpose and happiness
OVERVIEW
WHAT'S INCLUDED

YOGA
You will practice 6 x a week with 1 rest day. The length of the practice will increase as the weeks go on and will begin in week one with just 20 minutes. These classes will support you in developing your yoga practice and creating a strong and free body. The programme includes 3 on-demand classes each week working with the theme of the week.

MEDITATION & BREATHWORK
You will build a daily meditation and breathwork practice starting with just 5 minutes and extending throughout the duration of the programme. Each week you will have a new guided meditation to use that will introduce you to different meditation styles, helping you find what works for you.
MINDFUL EATING & AYURVEDA
We will bring our attention to diet and patterns around eating habits. During the programme I suggest that you make a commitment to giving up certain vices that can have an impact on your wellbeing. You might choose to drop alcohol, caffeine, sugar, dairy or nothing at all.

In week 4 Naturopathic Health Coach & Ayurveda course leader, Emma Newlyn will introduce you to the practice of Ayurveda. Translated to, ‘The knowledge of living,’ Ayurveda is holistic approach to health. In a eye opening workshop you will take the time to find out about your constitution and how the practices of Ayurveda and seasonal living can support your wellbeing. During this week there is also an optional 3 day ayurvedic cleanse.

JOURNALING & SELF ENQUIRY
Using journaling as a tool for insight we will take time each week to journal on questions that will unveil what you already know.

WEEKLY MEETINGS
Each week we will come together and set out our commitments and begin to explore the theme for the coming week. You will also gain access to a private Facebook group, a forum in which you can ask questions and share your experiences and support.
These meetings are also recorded for those that cannot be on the live call.

The recorded classes are suitable for both beginners and more seasoned practitioners.
HOW FLEXIBLE IS THE PROGRAMME?
This programme is yours to get the most out of. Make it your own. Make commitments that work for you. At the beginning of each week you will make your commitments. If one week you need to make it 5 x yoga practices instead of 6, that is what you make it.
